To set up media definitions: 1) In LabelInn, go to "Settings" > "Printers" > Select your printer. 2) Click the "Media Definition" button. 3) Enter your label roll size (e.g., 100mm x 50mm). LabelInn automatically detects the correct format. Or scan the label roll with a QR code for automatic recognition.
Which printer should I choose?
I can recommend based on your use case. For e-commerce shipping labels, I recommend the TSC TE200 or Zebra ZD421. For retail price labels, the Epson ColorWorks series is suitable. How many labels will you print daily and what sizes will you use?
