Can I get a refund if I didn't use the software?
Yes! Our refund policy doesn't require you to have used the software. As long as you request a refund within 30 days of purchase, you're eligible for a full refund, regardless of how much you actually used LabelInn.
How long does a refund take?
Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days for credit cards, and 5-10 business days for other methods. However, your bank may take an additional 1-5 business days to process the credit.
Can I get a partial refund?
Yes! If you request a refund between days 31-60, you'll receive 50% of your payment back. After day 60, refunds are no longer available, but you can cancel to stop future charges.
What if I upgrade my plan - can I refund the difference?
If you upgrade and then request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase, the 30-day period covers the entire account including upgrades. For refunds of only the upgrade charge, please contact support.
