What happens when my subscription renews?
Your subscription automatically renews on your billing date each month or year (depending on your plan). We'll charge your payment method on file. You'll receive an invoice via email after each charge.
Can I get a refund if I cancel?
Yes! We offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. After 30 days, you won't be refunded, but you can cancel anytime with no further charges. See our Refund Policy for details.
What happens if I downgrade my plan?
If you downgrade (e.g., from PRO to Starter), the change takes effect on your next billing date. Your account will have the features and limits of your new plan. We'll credit any overpayment to your account.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. You can cancel anytime from your subscription dashboard or by contacting support@labelinn.com. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months (unless within the 30-day guarantee period).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure Stripe payment processor. We also offer annual billing with invoice-based payment for enterprise customers.
Can I get a discount for annual billing?
Yes! Annual plans include a discount of 2 months (pay for 10 months, use for 12 months). This applies to all subscription tiers and can be set up when you create or upgrade your subscription.
How do I update my billing information?
You can update your payment method and billing address directly from your subscription dashboard. Click "Update Payment Method" or "Update Address" to make changes. Changes are effective immediately.
Do you offer discounts for multiple subscriptions?
Yes, we offer volume discounts for team and enterprise plans. Please contact our sales team at sales@labelinn.com for a custom quote.
What if my payment fails?
If your payment fails, we'll attempt to retry it 3 more times over 10 days. We'll send you notification emails about the failed payment. If all attempts fail, your subscription will be suspended. Update your payment method immediately to restore access.
