Follow these steps to connect your USB label printer to LabelInn:
Step 1: Physical Connection
- Turn off your printer
- Connect the USB cable to your printer and computer
- Turn on your printer and wait for it to initialize
Step 2: Add Printer in LabelInn
- Open LabelInn application
- Go to Settings โ Printers
- Click "Add Printer" button
- Select "USB" as connection type
- Click "Scan for Printers"
- Select your printer from the list
- Click "Connect"

- If your printer doesn't appear, try disconnecting and reconnecting the USB cable
- Make sure you have the latest printer drivers installed
- Some printers require you to install manufacturer software first

Learn how to create a professional label in just 5 minutes!
Step 1: Choose a Template or Start Blank
- From the home screen, click "New Label"
- Choose from 100+ templates or select "Blank Label"
- Set your label size (width x height in mm)
Step 2: Add Content
Use the toolbar on the left to add elements:
- ๐ Text: Click text icon, then click on canvas to add text
- ๐ Barcode: Choose barcode type (Code128, EAN13, QR, etc.)
- ๐ผ๏ธ Image: Upload your logo or product images
- ๐ Shapes: Add rectangles, lines, circles
Step 3: Customize
- Click any element to select it
- Use the right panel to change font, size, color
- Drag corners to resize, drag element to move
- Use alignment tools to center elements
Step 4: Print
- Click "Print" button (top right)
- Select your printer
- Set quantity
- Click "Print"

๐ง Printing Not Working? Try These Fixes
If your labels aren't printing correctly, try these solutions in order:
1. Check Connection

Is the printer powered on and ready?

Is the USB/network cable securely connected?

Can you see the printer in LabelInn's printer list?
2. Restart Everything
- Close LabelInn application
- Turn off the printer
- Wait 10 seconds
- Turn on the printer
- Open LabelInn again
3. Check Label Media
- Is there label media loaded?
- Is the media sensor aligned correctly?
- Try running a printer calibration (see printer manual)
4. Test Print from Printer
Print a test page directly from the printer (usually by holding the Feed button). If this doesn't work, the issue is with the printer hardware.
5. Check Print Settings
- Verify label size matches your media
- Check print speed and darkness settings
- Try reducing print speed if labels are unclear
Common Errors:
- "Printer not found" - Re-scan for printers in Settings
- "Connection timeout" - Check network/USB connection
- "Media out" - Load label media into printer
- "Head open" - Close the printer cover properly

๐ How to Import Data from Excel
Print hundreds of labels with unique data from your Excel spreadsheet!
Step 1: Prepare Your Excel File
Your Excel file should have:
- Column headers in the first row (e.g., "Product Name", "SKU", "Price")
- Data in rows below the headers
- Save as
.xlsx or .csv format
Example:

Step 2: Import in LabelInn
- Open your label design
- Click "Data" button in toolbar
- Click "Import Excel/CSV"
- Select your file
- Verify column mapping is correct
- Click "Import"
Step 3: Link Data to Elements
- Select a text or barcode element
- In the right panel, click "Link to Data"
- Choose the column to link (e.g., "Product Name")
- The element will show
{Product Name} as placeholder
Step 4: Print All
- Click "Print"
- Select "Print All Records"
- Each row in your Excel will print as a separate label!

- You can filter which rows to print
- Supports up to 10,000 rows per import

To Upgrade Your Plan
- Log in to your account on labelinn.com
- Go to Subscription Management
- Click "Upgrade Plan"
- Select your new plan
- Confirm payment (prorated amount will be charged)
To Downgrade Your Plan
- Go to Subscription Management
- Click "Downgrade"
- Select your new plan
- Change takes effect at end of current billing period
To Cancel Your Subscription
- Go to Subscription Management
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm cancellation
- You'll retain access until end of billing period

- Go to Refund Policy page
- Log in to your account
- Fill out the refund request form
