Problem: Production Line Label Bottleneck
Can, the production manager at Sağlık Naturel, was facing the same problem every day:
"Our production line is very fast. We fill, cap, and box 200-250 bottles per hour. But label printing had become a bottleneck.
With the old system: In the morning, according to the production plan, the IT staff would go to the computer, open BarTender, open the label design for each product separately, enter the print quantity, and print. We have 85 products, and we were spending 1-1.5 hours every morning just on label printing.
Moreover, sometimes the wrong product's label was printed. For example, the 'Omega-3 500mg' label was printed instead of 'Omega-3 1000mg', and we stuck it on the bottles without noticing. We got caught during a Ministry of Agriculture inspection and were fined.
The production line is ready, but we're waiting because there are no labels. That's inefficiency."
