Problem: The PDF Sizing Nightmare

"I would download shipping labels from the courier system as PDF files. But those PDFs did not match our label size. Our labels are 100mm x 50mm but the PDFs came in A4 format.
My process: open the PDF, import it into Photoshop, crop it to fit the label size, export back to PDF, then print. That was 15 minutes per PDF.
